Shipping and Returns Policy


Our policy is valid for 3 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange after 3 days have passed after your purchase.

Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

Not all things can be returned or exchanged due to the delicate nature of our products and the times we operate in.

Non-returnable or exchangeable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Scarves

Refunds (if applicable)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.

Within a predetermined number of days, upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

We would need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Check your bank account one more first if you haven’t gotten a return yet.

Then get in touch with your credit card provider because it can take some time for the refund to appear on your account.

Then contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.

Please not that only regular-priced items may be returned; sale items, regrettably, cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email and send your item, along with a note explaining why you need to exchange it for the same one, to 1 Maxwell Drive, Sunninghill Sandton.


You will be given a gift credit for the amount of your return if the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped to you directly. You will receive a gift certificate in the mail after the returned item has been received.

We will send the present giver a refund and let him know about your return if the item wasn’t identified as a gift when it was purchased or the gift donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later.

The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable. The cost of return postage will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
